DK33 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DK33, you enter into a binding agreement with the platform operator. This agreement consists of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any specific rules published for individual games, promotions or tournaments available on the platform.

These Terms apply regardless of whether you access DK33 through a desktop browser, the mobile website or the official DK33 app. Your continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. DK33 will notify registered players of material changes via email or on-site notification.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use DK33 you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

DK33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, or any other documentation we reasonably require. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.

03 Account Rules

Each registered player may hold exactly one DK33 account. The following account rules apply to all registered users:

• One account only: Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, DK33 will consolidate or close them at its discretion and may void bonus activity associated with the duplicate.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person. DK33 is not responsible for losses or issues resulting from unauthorised account access due to compromised credentials.
• Accurate information: All personal details registered with DK33 must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details change — particularly your mobile number or email address — please update your account promptly.
• Account currency: All DK33 accounts operate in PKR. You cannot change the account currency once it has been set at registration.
• Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. DK33 may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

DK33 supports the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR and DK33 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your DK33 account as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. Most JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits reflect within a few minutes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• You may only deposit from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that matches the name on your DK33 account.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, DK33 may require identity verification to be completed. Please ensure your account documents are submitted and approved to avoid delays.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by tier — Silver and Gold members can expect 24–48 hours; Platinum, Diamond and Elite VIP members receive prioritised processing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawals requested while bonus conditions are outstanding may result in the bonus being forfeited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

DK33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, sports betting boosts during PSL and international cricket matches, and VIP cashback. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that have not been wagered within the stated time limit will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports bets and bingo may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• One bonus at a time: You may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer.

• Misuse of bonuses: DK33 monitors bonus activity. Playing patterns that appear designed to exploit bonus structures — such as placing only low-risk bets that cover all outcomes — may be classified as bonus abuse and will result in the bonus being removed.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering conditions. DK33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

06 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and sports betting markets available on DK33 are governed by their own specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market. The following general gameplay rules apply across the platform:

• Bets are final: Once a bet or game round is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or platform outage during a round or bet, DK33 reserves the right to declare the round void and return stakes. No claim for winnings will be honoured based on a game that has malfunctioned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed at the time of play.
• Prohibited activities: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other method of non-human interaction with the platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be permanently closed.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — whether in poker, live casino or any other multiplayer format — is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Cricket and sports betting: For PSL matches, international cricket and other sporting events, DK33 follows standard industry settlement rules. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during live events at the platform's discretion. Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned will be settled according to the individual market rules.

07 VIP Programme

The DK33 VIP programme operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated wagering activity across all platform sections — sports betting, slots, live casino, bingo and fish games all contribute to your VIP points balance.

• VIP tier benefits — including weekly cashback rates, withdrawal priority, personalised bonus packages and dedicated account managers — are described in detail on the VIP page.
• DK33 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits and cashback rates. Any changes will be communicated to affected members in advance.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited at the start of the following week. Cashback funds are subject to a one-time wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• DK33 reserves the right to demote a player's VIP tier if wagering activity falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier during a rolling assessment period.
• Abuse of the VIP programme — including attempts to manufacture qualifying activity through low-risk bet patterns — will result in VIP status being revoked.

08 Responsible Gaming

DK33 is committed to providing a gaming environment that players can enjoy safely and within their means. We make the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases take 24 hours to come into effect.
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play, prompting you to review your activity and take a break.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your DK33 account. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access the platform, receive promotional communications or re-register.

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. DK33 will communicate the reason for closure and provide an opportunity to respond where the situation warrants it.
